Was visiting family in Chicago and went to “exactTIME” watch store located in the Westfield mall in Hobart, Indiana. Bought this gold colored watch band from the store. They adjusted the band to fit my wrist. A week later, it comes apart and of course I’m back in Colorado. I only wore this watch once at a family dinner outing in Chicago. The second time I wore it was on a date with my wife and at the restaurant it comes apart in front of the waitress. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
So tired of going to this place with my teen boys and each time we go one of the two bald guys wants to upsell or try to con them into something more. How about just be kind to the customer. Be happy that teens are still coming to your shop to buy a watch or have a battery replaced. I can't be in there for longer than I have to be and listen to the manipulation. No! My 15 year old son doesn't want the more expensive battery - thanks! Be helpful and let ppl move on without feeling like a piece of meat.

As always fast friendly staff. Just had my new Invicta watch ⌚ sized there. A 1 service. If you own a watch more than $5. The staff will treat you like it's a Movado or Bulova.
